Program Support Assistant Overview

Ready Sight Go, LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Program Support Assistant to help with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This role provides general support to the CEO, Director, and Office Manager, helping ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

 

This position is best suited for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling a variety of routine tasks in both office and field settings.

 

Type: Full-time 

Length of Time: 6 months+

In-Person/Virtual/ Hybrid: Hybrid

Pay Range: $20/hr

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Take clear and accurate notes during meetings, assessments, and site visits

  • Assist with scheduling, calendar updates, and task coordination

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files and records

  • Track routine activities such as meetings, site visits, mileage, and follow-ups

  • Support basic email and phone communication as directed

  • Assist with simple research and document preparation

Field and Program Support

  • Travel with staff to school sites and professional appointments as needed

  • Help organize and transport assessment materials, tools, and equipment

  • Track and maintain inventory of supplies and materials

  • Assist with documentation of site visits and field activities

Logistics and Errands

  • Complete business-related errands such as supply pickup, mailing, and document delivery

  • Assist with coordinating basic logistics, including deliveries and pickups

Office Support

  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of shared office spaces

  • Support general office needs, including filing, organizing, and supply management

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Clear and professional communication skills

  • Ability to follow directions and complete tasks reliably

  • Ability to manage multiple small tasks throughout the day

  • Basic proficiency with email, calendars, and Google Workspace

  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

  • Dependable and able to work independently when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative, office, or support role

  • Experience working in a small business or team-based environment

Work Environment and Requirements

  • Regular travel to school sites, office, and/or community locations is required

  • Must pass a background check 

  • Must provide proof of current TB clearance

  • Must complete required annual trainings to maintain eligibility to work on school campuses
